2. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

• A valid Discord server invite
• Your Order ID
• Other information required to process the purchased service

Providing incorrect, expired, invalid, or inaccessible information may delay or prevent fulfillment.

3. Payment Verification

An order is not considered approved for fulfillment until the payment has been successfully verified by ZCORD.

Customers must not provide passwords, authentication codes, account recovery codes, or other sensitive account credentials to ZCORD.

ZCORD services must not be used for illegal activities, fraud, abuse, harassment, or activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules.

ZCORD may refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, abuse, or prohibited use.
